The company was founded in 1984 by Bernd Kaiser. Initially, mainly engineering services were offered. The first tools for plastic injection molding were produced in 1997 in the company's own mold making department - two years later the first injection molded parts. In 2018, Holger Ebin joined the company as a managing partner.
